What FigPii needed to solve
FigPii had lost several enterprise clients and was unsure how to convert existing users into higher-tier packages effectively.
As a SaaS provider with two primary sales funnels—one for initial registrations and another for guiding users from registration to active usage—there were significant drop-offs and low conversion rates, especially among registered users not transitioning to active status.
Their main focus became streamlining both funnels, improving sign-up rates, and enhancing the user journey to retain clients and encourage upgrades to more advanced plans.

How Invesp approached it
This SaaS provider—seeking to improve user retention and increase paying customers—engaged Invesp in February 2020. Following a teammate’s recommendation and prior frustrations with another service provider, the company partnered with Invesp to overhaul its conversion funnels and overall user journey.
Invesp began by assessing user behavior post-registration to identify drop-off points. The project was then divided into two main initiatives:
