Decked was scaling quickly and constantly dealing with an increasingly demanding customer base. It was important for them to expand their user-acquisition performance marketing efficiently, so they could keep converting those visitors and aggressively grow their acquisition funnel.

The solution

How Invesp approached it

Invesp provides conversion rate optimization services — running A/B testing across Decked's site and helping them figure out what their customers really care about: identifying the customer journey and determining how the product impacts them and what triggers a purchase.

The engagement runs with a team of roughly five people from Invesp — designers, project managers, and backend developers — who determine which tests to run, design and execute them, and track the results.

The ongoing partnership started in July 2021, with communication over email, Slack, and weekly calls.
